Pack Your Equipment

Ensure the sprayer or accessory is clean and securely placed in its original packaging, including all nozzles, hoses, and manuals.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping marks.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
